We fly here too.
CrewHub is built by a small team of virtual airline people who got tired of running an operation across four spreadsheets, two bots and a forum thread. So we built the platform we wanted to fly for.
It started as one airline's problem.
Rosters in one place, PIREPs in another, finances nowhere. Every tool we tried asked us to run our airline the way it was written, not the way we flew. So the first version of CrewHub was written for a single virtual airline, on evenings and weekends.
Other airlines asked to use it. Then their alliances did. Today CrewHub is a modular platform: you subscribe to the parts your operation actually needs, and we keep shipping the rest in the open on the roadmap.
See the roadmapThree things we will not trade away.
You pay for what you fly
Modules and capacity, not tiers designed to push you up one. A five-pilot airline should not pay for a hundred.
Your data stays yours
Rosters, routes and history are exportable through the API. If you ever leave, you leave with your airline intact.
Built with the community
Most features on the roadmap started as a Discord message from an airline. We answer, and we say no when it does not fit.
Built by virtual aviation people, for virtual aviation people.
Come and say hello.
The fastest way to reach us is Discord. The whole team is in there, and so are the airlines already flying on CrewHub.
